Return Policy

Victoria Vincent Brand is confident you will be happy with your purchase. If not, please email us at 2vs.customerservice@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). If you do not obtain an RA#, your package will be refused. Full refunds for returns are happily accepted within 7 days of package delivery.  Exchanges for merchandise credit are accepted within 14 working business days of package delivery.

Items must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped. Only unworn and originally packaged items will be accepted for return or exchange. 

All merchandise is inspected to ensure the best product is shipped out. If you should receive a product in an undesired condition, or defective, please contact Victoria Vincent Brand via email within 72 hours shipment arrival. Damaged goods due to negligence on the recipient's behalf will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer, as we do not accept or sell used merchandise. Victoria Vincent Brand has the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. Returns and exchanges will be processed within 14 business days of receipt.

SALE items are not returnable and are FINAL SALE.

Shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for ANY return shipment of merchandise.

The Victoria Vincent Brand is NOT responsible for lost or returned packages. We recommend you insure and track your package. 

You are also welcomed to use the shipping method of your choice. In your return package, please include a copy of your receipt, email address, Victoria Vincent Brand issued RA# and reason for the return and/or any exchange request. An email confirmation will be sent upon receipt of merchandise. Merchandise should be shipped to:
